Rest in peace, Kim. Wait for us in Heaven.

Julie Eipper (Swanson)

I am so saddened to hear of Kims passing. I found her obituary online only to find out she was one of the Roseburg  Oregon shooting victims. There is a "go fund me" page to help pay for her funeral expenses. Please try to give what you can.

I will always hold on to my memory of her from our recent  Class Reunion. She was in the parkinglot of the club house at Coto de Casa, sitting on the back of her truck. She was waving a bottle of wine in the air offering tastings. Happy, smiling, loving life!

RIP Kim

Respectfully,

Julie Eipper-Swanson

 Hopi Indian Prayer

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glint on snow.
I am the sunlight on the ripened grain.
I am the gentle Autumn's rain.

When you awaken in the morning hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight,
I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry:
I am not there, I did not die.

Miss Me - But Let Me Go

When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me,
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.
Why cry for a soul that is free?

Miss me a little but not too long
And not with your head bowed low,
Remember the love that we once shared
Miss me-but let me go.

For this is a journey
that we all must take,
And each must go alone,
It's all a part of the master plan
A step on the road home.

When you are lonely and sick of heart,
Go to the friends we know.
And bury your sorrows
in doing good deeds,
Miss me-but let me go.
